The citywide initiative activates more than 50 of the Japanese capital’s leading art institutions and galleries through five days of coordinated programming and special platforms. AWT TALKS Directors Conversation
Global Platforms, Local Practices: Museums in the 21st Century
New to Art Week Tokyo this year, the Directors Conversation gathers global museum leaders for a public chat about everything from administration to programming and outreach. Doryun Chong, the artistic director and chief curator of M+ in Hong Kong, leads the discussion, which is hosted by the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo.
