Rice Brewing Sisters Club

Founded in 2018, bases in Seoul and Busan, South Korea.
Rice Brewing Sisters Club is a collaborative group grounded in the concept of "social fermentation," through which they explore interrelations between human and nonhuman or collectives and individuals. Their practice spans a broad range of activities-including the production of artworks, ecological field rersearch, material development, oral history, and creating situations for sharing food and dialogue. At its core is a commitment to making visible the slow, transformative processes through which different beings and forms of knowledge come into contact with each other, much like the organic rhythms of fermantation in nature.
