フロリアン・ヘッカー｜Florian Hecker
1975年アウグスブルグ（ドイツ）生まれ。キッシング（ドイツ）およびウィーン在住。最小限の単位まで分解され、再編成された音のインスタレーションや、その中での音読のパフォーマンスは、感覚や記憶を揺さぶる複雑な聴覚心理体験をもたらす。主な個展に「FlorianHecker:Event,Stream, Object」（フランクフルト現代美術館、ドイツ、2010年）、グループ展に、第53回ヴェネツィア・ビエンナーレ（2009年）、ドクメンタ13（カッセル、ドイツ、2012年）等がある。アルス・エレクトロニカ2003（リンツ、オーストリア）、デジタルミュージック部門において優秀賞受賞。ラッセル・ハズウェルとの音楽ユニット「Haswell & Hecker」で作品を発表するほか、エイフェックス・ツインや刀根康尚ともコラボレーションしている。
Born in Augsburg, Germany in 1975, he lives in Kissing, Germany and Vienna, Austria. The installations he creates by decomposing sounds down into their smallest units and reorganizing them shake the senses and memory, creating a complex psychoacoustic experience. His main solo exhibition includes, Florian Hecker: Event, Stream, Object (Museum of Modern Art, Frankfurt, 2010) and his main group exhibitions include 53rdVeniceBiennale(2009)anddOCUMENTA(13)(Kassel,Germany, 2012). He won the Award of Distinction in the digital music section of Ars Electronica 2003 (Linz, Austria). He works with Russell Haswell in the music unit, 'Haswell and Hecker' and has also collaborated with Aphex Twin and Yasunao Tone.
